Glass Service produces a highly reliable reversal valve for end port glass furnaces.
The valve is made with a strong steel support frame, with a high thickness cast iron sliding gate.
The last one will be installed at beginning of 2023 for one of the world’s largest producers of container glass.
At the end of the year 2022, our technicians with the customer have tested the valve and verified the right functioning before the installation in the furnace. In these days it has been prepared for shipment.

The main features of the valves are:
- Cast iron sliding gate 1400 kg
- Elaborated flow 41200 Nm3/h
- Inversion time 20 minutes
- Stroke time 18 seconds
Possibility to act manually by a wheel the valve in case of lack of air compressed and/or electricity.
