The furnace design is carried out by a team of technicians and specialists that link the most updated available tools for designing with a deep and proofed know-how. GLASS SERVICE directly produces all plants and their accessories in its industrial unit where, at the end, they are tested in advance thus guaranteeing high quality of the final product. Furthermore, in its furnaces, GLASS SERVICE makes use only of first class material and well-established suppliers for components (fused cast, refractory, electronic, etc).

All the assembly period of the furnaces are then accurately controlled with a constant supervision of skilled technicians. Before furnace start-up all the main plants are preliminary tested. The pre-heating and firing phases of the furnace are carried out under specific standards. During all these phases special burners, allowing getting uniform heat distribution to the refractory assembly, are used.
