Service proposes a range of forming machines (manual and automatic,
single section or with rotating table) for the production of
tableware, specifically developed in order to fulfill the production
flexibility demand coming from the modern glass industry.
All products are manufactured on Customer’s request and
designed with the use of modern design tools together with the
long experience matured in this field. Only first class components
are used in the construction of the machines.
Glass Service’s machines are suitable both for low
speed manual production, with manual gathering and forming,
and full automatic processes, with gathering robots and automatic
forming.
The range of products presently available is the following:
• Single station manual press machine
• Rotary table automatic press machine (4/6 stations)
• Single section/2 sections manual spinning machine
• Rotary table automatic spinning machine (4/6 stations)
• Semiautomatic press-blow machine
• Single station press-injection manual machine
Finally, upon Customer’s request, Glass Service can
develop and manufacture special lines for niche production
to be carried out with non-conventional machines.
