The
robot with 6 axis GLASS SERVICE SMART M1 is a machine suitable
for working in all applications where the glass level inside
the tank is not constant but changes as for example in day
tank or pot furnaces.
The SMART M1 robot is anthropomorphic type with six axis
in movement extremely stout, precise and reliable.
All the mechanisms of the robots are realized with cast iron
and aluminium. All the axis are moved by AC brushless motors
with resolver and integrated brake and special gear without
clearance. The robot has an appropriate protection against
the heat in order to fit with heavy glasswork condition and
is provided with dedicated software GIL easy to use.
The robot SMART M1 is available in one version with gathering
capacity of 8 kg of glass.
