The control system is fully electronic, with or without a supervisory PC, according to plant size. The system allows to handle different recipes and the proportioning cycles can be fully stored.
The control system provides also a complete system diagnostic, including alarm history, gathered amount report and storage bin contents. All storage bins and load bearing structures are made from sheet steel and structural steel and are sand blasted and painted with epoxy primer and polyurethane enamel to prevent corrosion problems. Each storage bin is equipped with various charging systems including tubes, bucket elevators, etc., according to plant requirements; safety valves and air backwashing vent bag filters are also provided.

Low and high level detectors are installed in all storage bins. The weighing systems are electronic ones with stainless steel scale hoppers and load cells mounted on stabilizer bars.
The batch handling is obtained by means of special belt conveyors or any suitable device tailored to the specific needs.
The mixture is prepared by either tilting or intensive mixers, according to plant size. Manual charging systems are provided for smaller ingredients in vacuum bags, using high accuracy micro metering devices.
If required, the fully automatic metering cycles includes feeding points for manually metered ingredients. The cullet is proportioned either in the mixer or directly in the batch charger.
